 5.	MEASUREMENTS =0D=0A=
 Each PHRF boat shall produce a valid 2010 rating certificate. =0D=0A=

 6.	SAILING INSTRUCTIONS =0D=0A=
 The sailing instructions will be available at the yacht club and/or online by June 11 =0D=0A=

 7.	PENALTY SYSTEM =0D=0A=
 	Taking a Two- Turn Penalty in compliance with 44.2 =0D=0A=
 	Taking a scoring penalty in compliance with RRS 44.3. The penalty shall not be less than 2 places. =0D=0A=
 =0D=0A=
 8.	SCORING =0D=0A=
 	Month series                                                                                      =0D=0A=
 	     a.  Will be scored using the Low Point System (RRS A4) =0D=0A=
 b. When 4 or less races have been completed a boats score will       be the total of her race scores=0D=0A=
 c.	When 5 races have been completed, a boats series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score. =0D=0A=
 d.	When 6 races have been completed, a boat series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her two worst scores.     =0D=0A=
 	The Summer Series =0D=0A=
 a.	Will be the total of all races in July and August series. =0D=0A=
 b.	When 8 or less races have been completed a boats score will be the total of her race scores.  =0D=0A=
 c.	When 9 races have been completed a boats score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst race. =0D=0A=
 d.	When 10 or more races have been completed a boats score will be the total of her race scores excluding her two worst races.
